Rezply ("we", "our", "us") operates the rezply.app website and service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
By using Rezply, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and password (encrypted). This is used to authenticate your account.
Business Information: You provide your business name, type, preferred reply tone, and language during onboarding. This is used to generate personalized review replies.
Google Business Profile Data: When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your reviews, reviewer names, star ratings, and review text through the Google Business Profile API. We also store your Google OAuth tokens (encrypted) to maintain the connection.
AI-Generated Replies: We store the AI-generated reply drafts associated with your reviews.
Usage Data: We may collect basic usage information such as login times and feature usage to improve our service.
We use the information we collect to:
— Provide and maintain our service, including generating AI-powered review replies.
— Authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
— Fetch reviews from your Google Business Profile and post approved replies on your behalf.
— Improve and personalize our service.
— Communicate with you about service updates, if necessary.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with encryption at rest and in transit. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to access your Google Business Profile on your behalf.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use the following third-party services to operate Rezply:
Supabase: Database and user authentication.
Anthropic (Claude AI): AI-powered reply generation. Your review text and business information are sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies. Anthropic does not store this data beyond the API request.
Google Business Profile API: To fetch reviews and post replies on your behalf.
Vercel: Website hosting.
Razorpay: Payment processing (when applicable).
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with the third-party services listed above, and only to the extent necessary to provide our service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (business information, reviews, and AI-generated replies) is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
You have the right to:
— Access the personal data we hold about you.
— Update or correct your business information through the Settings page.
— Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page.
— Disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time.
— Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (provided when you sign up and connect your Google account) and the performance of a contract (providing you with our service).

Rezply uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on our website.
Rezply is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
