By accessing or using Rezply ("the Service"), operated at rezply.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Rezply is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that connects to your Google Business Profile to fetch customer reviews and generate AI-powered reply drafts. The Service allows you to review, edit, approve, and post replies to your Google reviews.
To use Rezply, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
To use the core features of Rezply, you must connect your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth. By doing so, you grant Rezply permission to access your reviews, fetch new reviews periodically, and post replies on your behalf when you approve them.
You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time, which will stop Rezply from accessing your reviews or posting replies.
Rezply uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate review reply drafts. While we strive to generate high-quality, appropriate replies, you acknowledge that:
— AI-generated replies are drafts and suggestions, not guaranteed to be perfect or appropriate for every situation.
— You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all replies before they are posted to Google.
— If you enable auto-post, you accept responsibility for all replies posted automatically on your behalf.
— Rezply is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated replies, whether reviewed by you or auto-posted.
Rezply offers the following plans:
Free: 2 AI replies per month, 1 business location.
Starter ($19/month): Unlimited AI replies, 1 business location.
Pro ($49/month): Unlimited AI replies, up to 5 business locations, auto-post, multi-language support, priority support.
Prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed through our payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.
You may delete your account entirely through the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data.
You agree not to use Rezply to:
— Generate or post replies that are abusive, defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
— Impersonate another person or business.
— Violate Google's Terms of Service or policies regarding review replies.
— Use the Service for any purpose other than managing legitimate business reviews.
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Rezply name, logo, website design, and underlying code are owned by Rezply and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
AI-generated replies created through the Service are your content. You own the rights to the replies once they are generated for your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezply and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Rezply is not responsible for any actions taken by Google, including changes to the Google Business Profile API, suspension of your Google account, or removal of reviews or replies.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rezply in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uptime. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Service depends on third-party services (Google API, Anthropic API) that are outside our control. Changes to these services may affect Rezply's functionality.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
